Tutermaa and Kumna - manors and taverns!
When driving to Keila from Tallinn, you pass a large Soviet-era technology complex, the function of which is known to few people today. This is Tallinn EPT! Wait, what's that? Don't worry, on the Tutermaa tour, we'll walk through this complex and find out all about it based on the memories of former employees. But that's not all - we'll also travel along the Tsarist-era postal road just as travelers did centuries ago, stopping at taverns and manors. Little Kumna, for example, could be called a true metropolis of manor life, as it had two manors almost side-by-side: Kumna Manor and Keila Church Manor. We will stop at Kumna Manor, where the generous manor lord will give us an exclusive tour of his mansion - we'll even get to go inside the brilliantly renovated manor house! This is a diverse tour where we'll get an overview of the life and transportation options of travelers long ago and explore exciting landmarks from different periods along the way!
